Image Forward, LLC is an SEO firm based in Tampa, FL since 1999.  We specialize in building Search Engine Optimized Business Directories.  Right now, I do all the programming, but I also work another full-time job and we have too many tasks on our project list for me to handle by myself.

With that said, we are entertaining the idea of outsourcing some of these tasks.  The immediate tasks are:

1. Authentication system (I was trying Erkana, but not much luck)
2. Client Profile Editor (linked to Auth system)
3. Google Checkout processor (processes client’s payment, and activates their account)
4. Many, many CRUD tasks for adding/editing/deleting client info, directory pages, domains, etc..
5. A CMS for static pages on our site (with a simple interface… our content writers need a WordPress-like user interface.. I’m thinking FCKEditor)
6. A blog system (again, simple interface)
7. A press release system (ditto)
8. A laundry list of SEO & Analytics tools and workflow processors that we dreamed up

We are a 3 man company (so far), so we are not necessarily swimming in cash, but we have enough revenue coming in and budgeted monthly to pay for some coding.  So if you’re willing to take on some of these tasks for in the $300-500 range per task (more depending on the complexity, of course), then we’d like to talk to you.

PLEASE… I mean no offense or disrespect by saying this, but you must speak English as your first language.  I don’t have time nor patience for cultural or language barriers, sorry.

I use CodeIgniter for just about everything.  Our whole infrastructure is built on CI.  So the more you know CI, the better.

Again, we are in the ‘thinking about outsourcing’ phase. I’m not going to blow smoke up your butt… this is not a job offer, we just want to start talking to a few people, give them a few tasks to see how well they do, and if they do well, we’ll hire you for more tasks. We’ve been burned a lot recently with bad, or irresponsible programmers. As such, we are switching our policy to ‘you get paid when the job is done’.  We are no longer paying half up front, only to have people not finish the task and keep our money. It’s all or nothing.  It’s how I get paid too, so we’re not asking anything we don’t do ourselves.  If you’re not ok with that, please don’t reply.

Of course everyone has big dreams for their companies, and we dream REALLY big.  If we are as successful in the next two years as we think we will be, then there may even be a full-time, well-paying position for you if you are a good coder, responsible, and self-managing.  Again, no promises, but we are targeting some really big clients and if we land them, there will be plenty more work to do.
