HI, Have you tried to click on Fast Reply on Reply when you come to this forum from the notification email?
try it, you will understand what is the bug....

I do it all the time.  You’ll need to be more specific.  Also, browser, version and OS would be helpful.

XP PRO Service Pack2

After I come to the forum, I cannot click on Fast Reply or Reply. There is error sign in the left down corner, when you click on it it says

Upgrade to IE7! Why you use such an obsolete browser?
That said, I don’t see any problem with the forum, on windows XP or on Windows Vista, different browsers (tested with FF2, IE7, Safari windows, Opera)

I actually have IE6 on Virtual PC for testing, and it works fine (and always has) for me as well, Gewa.  Perhaps you have some third party software interfering?  Security apps, browser add-ons, etc.
