Vista x64 will not unzip the ci.zip from download.php. It complains of the file being invalid.

This is a Microsoft IE7 bug and was fixed. It was also occurring on XP Media Center Edition for users running Intel E-series processors. Try doing an IE7 update.

in this case it was IE7. it’s not vista that sucks, it’s the software. most of it doesnt work well with vista yet. and i’m pretty sure you meant to blame CI for vista bugs, right?
