Ignitioneer gets my vote - it gives an academic approach that we can use to boast and belittle all non-CI developers wink

For a CIgnature I like the “Fueled by CodeIgniter”.

I like that! It sounds more like a job title than a “genre label,” if you will, and who would want anything more than to have messing around with CI be their seven-figure job?

CI developer. What is this for anyways? That would help. smile I mean, if you want someone to read and understand what it is out of context, I’d just go with PHP developer, that is understood. But if you are reading a Code Igniter book or something in context, then CI developer is again understood. Stuff like Igniter-er are just confusing (?)

If you’re looking for something catchy regardless of how it’s used, call ‘em bit burners. smile
