Welcome to the Bug Report forum.  How do you determine whether to post in the forums or using the Bug Tracker?  Simply, the Bug Tracker should be used for confirmed bugs, and the Bug Report forum where its not known whether the issue is a bug, or possibly a server or environment issue.

The best way to do this is to review the appropriate section of the User Guide, check your code, and look for typos.  If you have any doubts about whether or not your problem is a bug, please post to the Bug Reports Forum to help get confirmation before filing a bug report.

Perform a bug search to see if its already been reported and/or check the list of recently reported bugs.

Check the Change Log, update your installation, and do not report bugs for old versions.

When you do report a bug using the Bug Tracker, you will need to supply the following information:
- Brief description of the problem
- Short reduction script that reproduces the problem
- Expected result
- Actual result
