Responsibilities   Leader My role as the Lead is to analyse requirements and document them so they could be used in developing applications. This involved communicating people at different levels of the business to discuss and gather information for development purposes. It also involves leading and motivating a team of developers and designers.

Developer This involved developing web based applications for Design Mine Info systems. In addition to this I was involved in developing reports for various business users.

Change and release management The role involved managing various different changes from the development environment into production. This involved documenting release notes and change control documents for technical staff to use.

Major achievements   Adsymetrix Website Project
I am the key point of contact between the business and IT team. My role is to oversee the design, development, configuration, testing and co-ordination of all IT functions within the project. I am also involved in the documentation of processes and issue management.

Metrowize Website Project
The metrowize project was a community website for the San Francisco Bay Area. This project was developed as a web based community and event publishing software. I was involved in the development, analysis and release management of the project.

Floorsbydavid Website Project
Floorsbydavid was an ecommerce web application developed for the wood stores in the USA. I was a key player in the design, development to resolve many of the major issues arose between the developments.

Responsibilities   Leader My role as the Team Lead is manage the members associated with the current module and version. This involved communicating with the top level techies and to interact successfully with the team members. I had to make appropriate estimations for the tasks.

Developer This involved developing web based applications for Codeworx Technologies. It involved coding for the projects and finding solutions for the complex issues.

Major achievements   123CSI Web Product My main role was involved in designing, developing and deploying some modules of the web product. This product was intended for the automotive industry in the Canada. It is used for tracking the Customer Satisfaction Indexing.

DCP Portal Web Product DCP Portal is a CMS software product developed with PHP/MySQL.  We built it as a module driven software and contained fecilities to extend it as required. I was a main player in developing many modules for the project.

Major achievements   Dais Network Web Product
Dais network is a great system that deals with the Leads industry in the US, Canada area. We developed a great administration module to manage more than 100 stores, affiliates, resellers etc. We had to optimize and manage the databases when the data we stored exceeded the previous expectations.
Wine tracker Web Application
We developed this web tracking tool for a US based Winery. We developed provisions for tracking all the different stages in the production and sale of the different types of wines.
Samasya Website
Samasya is used to share and comment on jokes, recipes, movies etc. It has provisions for managing and displaying all the entries in the site.
